Carrie entered the boutique rental business in 2012 with a strong desire to create something new and fresh for the event industry in Fargo-Moorhead. Combining a life-long love of design, interiors, craftsmanship, and artistry with a passion for customer service, organization, sustainability, Carrie created Gathered, a company focused on guest experience and creative risk-taking! When not focused on being a girl boss, Carrie loves spending time with her husband and two boys in theater, skiing, camping, and hiking, or by herself crafting, reading, and feeling the sunshine.
KIMBERLY WOODS
Client Relations Manager
Kimberly comes to us with a background in photography, business, and marketing. She is the key player in getting clients quotes and proposals – making sure every order is good to go and everyone has the information they need! She is the glue that holds it all together and keeps it running smoothly! When not corresponding with our clients, posting on social media, or creating gorgeous marketing materials, Kimberly loves spending time with her husband and three kids. During quiet moments you will find her most often reading a good book, while curled up with her two fur-babies and a glass of wine. Traveling, nature and sunshine are also part of what feeds her soul!
CALE BAUER Warehouse Manager
Cale has been part of the Gathered crew for just over three years. He started as a delivery crew member and, through the years, has made his way up to taking on the job of Warehouse Manager. Cale makes sure every item is packed up and ready to go for your events, and makes sure everything gets back on the right shelf when it comes back to us.
SCOTT BRUSVEN
Lead Builder + Chief Executive Doer of All Things
Scott is our jack of all trades. From building all our custom furniture, to hanging large creations over his head at the mall, to helping keep the operations running, Scott makes sure all Carrie’s dream designs become reality. He is also our resident dork, who can always make us laugh, keep us entertained with a little musical ditty, and always shows up with Starbucks at just the right moment. He also thinks the boss is really cute.
