The Role
We’re looking for an Associate Event Designer & Marketing Creative to join our team. This role is equal parts stylist, storyteller, and brand champion. You’ll help bring our clients’ visions to life through thoughtful event design while also sharing the Gathered vibe with the world through marketing and content creation.
What You’ll Do
Event Design
- Collaborate with clients and our design team to curate rental selections that elevate their vision.
- Assist with styling, setup, and breakdown at events and styled shoots.
- Keep a keen eye on our inventory, suggesting fresh combinations and creative pairings.
- Ensure every detail reflects Gathered’s signature style: intentional, elevated, and unforgettable.
Marketing & Storytelling
- Create and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and beyond.
- Capture and share the beauty of our rentals through photos, reels, and behind-the-scenes storytelling.
- Partner with planners, photographers, and vendors for styled shoots and collaborations.
- Craft newsletters, blog posts, and campaigns that feel personal, inspiring, and true to our brand.
- Track engagement and refine strategies to keep our community growing and connected.
What We’re Looking For
- A creative soul with 1–3 years of experience in event design, rentals, marketing or related fields.
- Strong eye for design, styling, and detail.
- Comfort with social media platforms and tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when events call.
- Most importantly: someone who loves parties, design, and storytelling as much as we do.
